Thank you for visiting the Platform. Please read these Terms of Use (‘Terms”) carefully. These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.

By accessing, browsing, and opening our site, including all information and materials available on said website, you agree to be bound by its terms, our Terms of Services and all Applicable Laws and Regulations.  

We are a service provider where high performing professionals meet. We offer a trusted platform (service provider) with qualified freelance paralegals, and paraprofessionals to be paired with high performing clients who need short-term, assignment-based projects.

These Terms and any other Agreements between you, Lion Legal Services (“the Company”), or our Freelancers are legally binding. We reserve the right to our sole discretion to revise and update the Terms of Service from time to time without notice to you. Any and all modifications are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all agreements between you, the Company, and our Freelancers. You agree to periodically review the Terms of Services to be aware of any changes and agree to the then-current Terms of Services.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE OR DO NOT UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OR YOUR TERMS OF SERVICES OR ANY OTHER AGREEMETNS BETWEEN YOU, THE COMPANY, OR THE FREELANCER, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, AND RETRIEVE THE PROPER CLARIFICATION.

The Company does not employee paralegals or paraprofessionals. The Company does not guarantee or review the quality, suitability, sufficiency, or outcome of any legal service between you and any freelancer, as the Company is a complete separate entity. The Company is not a party of your arrangement or agreements between you and the Freelancer.  Any Agreements between you and the Company are seperate from your Agreements with any Freelancer.
